Happy International Women's Day! At Svenson, we celebrate womanhood every day, but today is a reminder for us to come together and uplift one another.
Having led this company for over 30 years, l've faced the challenges of being a woman in power—where one often judges us by our appearances rather than our abilities. While progress has been made in recognising female leaders, I believe that having confidence in yourself fuels success. When we feel good, we are motivated to do better.
