INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF SERVICE
Developed to help companies deliver superior performance, the S-Class certificate is a single mark of excellence to indicate a brand’s good management practices. Companies who attained certification go through a rigorous assessment called the Business Excellence (BE) framework – a globally benchmarked development tool which is aligned to several international excellence frameworks, such as the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Award, Japan Quality Award and the Australian Organisational Excellence Awards.
The robust certification framework provides organisations with a roadmap for excellence to align their strategies and goals to their objectives, for sustainable performance as well as allow them to assess their strengths to achieve higher levels of performance.
INSTITUTE OF TRICHOLOGISTS - WORLDWIDE STANDARD
The Svenson Hair team proceeded to achieve several milestones even after attaining the S-Class certification, one of which is part of our Trichologist team officially recognised as International Affiliates (UK) of The Institute of Trichologists (IOT).
The IOT, founded in 1902, is the foremost professional association for trichologists in the world. As the largest provider for trichology training in Europe, the institute has built a high standard in the Trichology industry worldwide for training and professional practices.
